Tacoma is like any other city, from the standpoint of having a varity of areas, depending on price point there are alot of homes to choose from . I have lived in and sold Real estate in the Tacoma, Gig harbor area for 7 Years. If you can give me an idea of what your buyers price point is and I can tell or email them what their best options are ? Knowing that different parts of the country are in different markets I can offer numerous options to them and would gladly assist them in their relocation . I have included a link to my website that would allow them to search by map . I would be happy to help in any way I can .
