Hi Ang!

The area in and around Goodwood are pleasant. The homes are a bit older though. Being a working woman, I am not sure how much home maintenance issues you are willing to have. If you need more information, feel free to visit my website. There are a few more concerns to consider besides home values, especially being single. - Sun Jun 10 2007, 06:48

how can I sell my house quickly?

Holly B answered:
Contact a Real Estate Professional - price your home at just under market value for your area/home style etc. Make sure that your home is ready and perfect. The way you live in your home is not the way you sell your home. In today's buyer's market, your home has to be Q-Tip clean. It is a good idea to have a home stager come in and tell you what needs to be done. They can also do the work too (for a fee).

If you need more information on how to obtain a professional in both fields of expertise, I will be happy get sources for you through my network.

Kindest Regards,

Holly B

Georgia is a peculiar market right now. While other parts of the country saw astronomical increases in market prices for residential real estate, Georgia (particularly Dacula, Georgia) saw an average of 3 to 5% growth.

Right now the declined is not as marked as some areas but we are seeing that Inventory (homes on the market) has increased 30% from this time last year. In addition, the subprime market (financing for people with less than perfect credit) is virtually gone. These factors have turned a seller's market into a Buyer's Market! Buyer's are able to be super picky about their home choices and try to beat up the seller's with the price they offer. It is a good idea to make sure your Professional represenation is knowledgeable about the area you are selling and buying in.

Dacula has an incredible value for residential real estate and if your agent does the right homework, you can be attractive to all buyer's in your price range.

You are more than welcome to contact me for more information.
