I love my job! What I enjoy most about it is taking a home that nobody else has been able to sell and doing my magic on it to make it sell. My sellers love me. Selling homes in Gainesville, Flowery Branch ...all over Hall County, is my passion.
When I work for buyers, I can do everything for them. I am a Loan Officer and a Realtor. My clients love that they can have one "go to" person to handle their entire process. Call me. I'll help you too. 1-800-615-0021 or 770-536-3121

"This letter is written with the deepest appreciation for the job you did for me in selling my home in Cane Crossing. There were several homes in my neighborhood already on the market, each with a different realtor. You put my home on the market and priced it at the same exact price as the other two homes that were already up for sale on my street. You did not cut a penny on mine and had it under contract in only two weeks. The other agent’s listings remained unsold. No other real estate agent can sell a home faster, nor can they sell for as much money as you can. The things you did to make my home sell almost made me love my house and want to stay. Also, your advertising is really incredible. I can not understand why anyone in this subdivision would list with anyone else, especially after you were first and foremost instrumental in getting a new subdivision sign. You care about Cane Crossing.
I am indeed grateful to have had you as my loan officer and as my representative in buying my new home. Without you by my side, I could never have gotten the fantastic deal that you made possible for me. You are an excellent negotiator. You not only got me a fabulous deal on my new house, but you protected my interests too. The builder would undoubtedly have taken advantage of me. I believe people do not know how important it is to have good representation when buying or selling a house. You are the best.
I will recommend you to everyone I know. I simply can not say enough about your skill, expertise and sheer bulldog tenacity. You have an enormous amount of ability, but more than that, you care about the job you do and you care about the lives you touch. You are a protector of your client and their money. I placed my trust in you and never regretted it. You took care of every single detail and remained calm all the while. It seems to be so easy for you. You coordinated everything, seemingly effortlessly.
Let everyone know how you are different from other real estate agents. Show them what you do and how much better you do it. There is no comparison. Everyone deserves a professional agent like you. Thanks to you, I sold my house for full price and I am enjoying my new home more than I even imagined.
Best regards,
John Hulsey"

Yes. You may have a pre-payment penalty within the first two years. Check your mortgage documents to see. After the penalty time is up, look at what your rate is versus what current rates are and when you might be selling. These are important factors to consider. If you have not consumated this 10/1 arm, you might be better off getting a fixed rate now, since they are incredibly low right now. Rates seem to no where to go but up from here. If you have to move when rates are up, then you will be stuck. If you think you will stay put, then you should get a fixed rate. - Wed Apr 23 2008, 12:18
My specialty is selling homes that no one else has been able to sell. It is a challenge I enjoy and one I'm prepared for. I work in Hall County, including Gainesville, Flowery Branch, Oakwood, Buford and Murrayville.
As a Loan Officer, I can approve your loan even before we begin house hunting. Having your loan already approved allows you to shop for home with confidence. You will know how much you house payment will be ahead of time. Having your loan already approved gives you a strong arm in negotiations.
