Alicia, Chiefland is very close to Manatee Springs State Park. It's a great place to swim, canoe, snokel or just camp. Not only a Super Walmart in town, but plans for a new hospital in the near future. You can find a place in Chiefland that's either town, or rural living. Taxes in Levy county are usually less expensive than some neighboring counties. Not too far from Gainesville, FL which is home of the University of Florida, but also has a great community college and everything else you could possibly need.
