I have resided and served Collin County for over 25-years, and specialize in Frisco, Plano, Allen, McKinney, Prosper, and Celina. When I moved my family to Frisco the population was 2,800 and now exceeds 100,000. I have first-hand knowledge of the Collin County area in terms of real estate, schools, our local economy, and have personal relationships with many City Officials. Very few Realtors/Agents have lived and worked in Collin County as long as we have. I have personally viewed the development & growth in Frisco for over 2-decades.

As a home builder, I have constructed 100s of Custom Homes and have a thorough understanding of the construction process and builder margins. I have negotiated with many local home builders for additional incentives to buyers.

Additionally, I held an active Building Inspection License with the State of Texas and have a keen eye for potential problems regarding home construction.
