About Me
I hold a B.S. degree in Nursing from William Paterson University and a Masters in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Before joining A Home Sale I worked in Healthcare Management. I am ready to share with you my expertise to help you transition into your new home in the Fredericksburg area. I am dedicated to being a resource for my clients, both buyers and sellers—not only meeting their real estate needs, but exceeding their expectations.

One of my greatest attributes is the ability to listen. Once you have described your Real Estate needs and desires, I have the ability to search for your property through "your eyes." Purchasing a home, or land for a home, is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. Selecting the right home is of major importance and having the transaction occur in a timely, professional and ethical manner is equally important. Integrity, honor and trust are the cornerstones of her business. I will be completely dedicated to you and your needs during this transaction.

I reside in Spotsylvania with my husband and three sons. I enjoy spending time with my family. I am an active member of both regional and national real estate associations. For professional real estate services contact me. I specialize in military relocations to Quantico, NSWC Dalghren and Fort AP Hill.

militarybyowner site

Dana Forster answered:
As suggested, ask your Realtor the reason for the reluctance to post on MilitaryByOwner.com. If there is a particular reason you would like to post on this site, i.e. military member, be able to advocate your position to your agent. There is usually a common ground that all can agree upon. Good Luck. - Thu Jun 5 2008, 11:09

What are good offers for newly constructed houses?

Dana Forster answered:
Price is usually negotiable. It all depends on what it important. Lower price, help with closing costs, etc. - Fri May 23 2008, 09:07
Dana Forster answered:
Candace- I am a full time REALTOR in the Greater Fredericksburg Area and agree that pricing is a big factor right now. Houses on the market need to offer the most for their money right now. - Thu May 22 2008, 07:01

Neighborhoods in and around DC.

Dana Forster answered:
Peggy-
I recently left Northern Virginia and moved further south to the Fredericksburg Area. Unfortunately, the market is expensive and time is money. The areas that you are looking at will give you more for your money but the commute will be brutal. - Wed Feb 27 2008, 12:09
