A native of Williamson County, Ginger is a 1992 graduate of Battle Ground Academy in Franklin, TN. She spent her collegiate years on the plains of Auburn, A native of Williamson County, Ginger is a 1992 graduate of Battle Ground Academy in Franklin, TN. She spent her collegiate years on the plains of Auburn, AL at Auburn University graduating with a Bachelor's in Education. Ginger is a former Williamson County Elementary School Teacher who decided her heart was in Real Estate.

She is a second generation Realtor, learning from her father as a child. Bobby Garland was a very successful Real Estate Broker in the late 1980's. He passed away in 1991, and her mother Wanda Garland Bradley, also a Crye-Leike Realtor, took over his business and paved the way for Ginger to carry on the family tradition specilalizing in Residential Real Estate working with both local and relocating individuals buying and selling homes.

Ginger is a Real Estate Professional who loves her job!!! She is eager to please, self-motivated, and dedicated to her clients. To her, Real Estate is not just "selling houses." It is helping families find their perfect home! Ginger is very competitive in nature and thrives on the challenge of Real Estate. Her enthusiasm and excitement motivate her to go above and beyond the call of duty for each and every one of her clients.

Because Ginger was born and raised in Williamson County, her knowledge of the Greater Nashville Area is a great asset to her clients. Hi! I completely understand your frustation. However if the county were to conduct a new assessment on the value of each home every year it would be extremely costly to the tax payers. To ensure you have accurate information while you are in the process of purchasing a home, it is a good idea to use a real estate agent. He/She can provide you with up to date sales information, closed properties, etc..., and it all can be sent to you in email format.
