I'd be happy to make an offer on any property you'd like to buy! Even if a seller doesn't have a house on the market you never know if they are willing to sell until you ask! I've knocked on doors and asked them if they are willing to sell and been greeted with a question."How did you know I was selling?" I sold that very house to my client. This particular house last sold in 7/2004 for $477,500. Please email or call me at my office!
