Strada 315 is a super building and you can check out more information by visiting their website at http://www.strada315.com. You'll see on the website that they are offering units here starting at the high 300s. However, I can tell you that there are currently 20 units listed on the MLS for sale. They start with a studio apartment on the 16th floor that's being offered at $195,000 and go up to a 2/2.5 unit on the 14th floor for $690,000!
The monthly fees vary according to the size of the unit, but to give you an idea, one of the 1 bedroom floor plans has a monthly condo fee of $566 and one of the 2 bedroom floor plans has a monthly fee of $760.
There are some great prices here - in fact you can get a 9th floor one bedroom for just $222,000 (this is a regular sale, not a foreclosure and not a short sale). There's an approved short sale for a 2 bed 2.5 bath unit on the 17th floor for just $275,000.
