The way I run my business ------ My number ONE goal is to help sellers understand the process of Short Sale and also for them to understand that they have numerous options. I do not like sellers to walk away from what they work so hard to get.

My personal - I'm Taurus - that says it all. Very understanding and loyal friend.
Have 3 kids and 7 Grandkids....

When I got into this business was to help homeowner. I have accomplish a lot by educating them and providing them with assistance. In todays market we still have many other homeowner that have no idea what is a short sale and the advantages. Lender are now paying 3 to 30K to homeowner to relocate instead of leaving the property empty.
