i have been in the real estate industry for over 8 years in the Washington-Metro area and now in the Pee Dee.
This is an interesting time to buy but be assured we want to help you succeed. Presently, there is first-time home owner down payment assistance, in some areas there may be city, or rural funds to assist you. If you already have a financial relationship with a bank or your credit union do put them to work for you. Some jobs even have mortgage assistance for their employees. If you have not started your financing and need some referral information, I would be glad to help you get started and work with you through the process. Becoming a homeowner is one of our most important transaction. Getting pre-qualified/approved puts you in power position for the homes you want to see.
