"I very recently had the pleasure of becoming a single woman homeowner. Not only is this a scary experience but it was also a very emotional one for me, due to personal reasons. My realtor was Mrs. Tori Lawson. She was extremely patient with me, as we looked at several homes over a couple of months. She was also very caring about my needs. She knew exactly what I wanted and where I wanted to be. She never lost her patients with me, nor did she ever become “pushy”. A real rarity today but I never felt pressured. Her undying persistence in finding me just the right home paid off, as she took her own time after regular business hours to pass out flyers in the subdivision I was interested in, letting possible home sellers know that she had an existing client interested in this particular area. She hit gold as she found a young couple relocating up North, and was going to sell within a month. She worked very diligently with them and me in helping to make a smooth home buying/selling experience for all of us. After the offer was final she continued to show me how much she cared as she continually assisted me in any way she could, she kept me abreast as to what to expect at closing, and by also having the previous homeowners make me a telephone list of important numbers for services they had used in helping maintain such a beautiful home. She also offered to help in any way she could in making my move easy. She made the entire home buying experience quite a pleasant experience."
