About Me
I am dedicated to continually expanding my expertise by earning designations that help me serve my clients better. These include earning the advanced title of California Licensed Real Estate Broker, the ASP™ (Accredited Staging Professional Real Estate Agent), SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and CCIM (Certified Commericial Investment Member) Candidate. This commitment allows me to offer a level of service that is beyond that of my peers.

I consider the client-REALTOR® relationship to be a long-term commitment and staying in touch with my clients after the transaction is complete is something I truly enjoy. Being able to refer my clients to quality resources such as mortgage and insurance brokers, contractors or even cleaning crews, assures me that my clients will continue to receive the same level of service that I deliver.

I am proud to be a broker associate with Bradley Real Estate and the fastest growing real estate company in Marin County. Contributing to my office's success allows me the opportunity to make deals before properties ever hit the market.

I am a California native and have been a resident of Marin since 1987 My business is built on personal relationships and trust. I live in Fairfax with my son who attends Marin School of the Arts. I make time to volunteer for Rebuilding America, Hospice by the Bay, Youth in Arts and Big Brothers Big Sisters. I hold a Bachelor's degree from UCSB and did graduate work at SDSU, but due to my love of education, I continue to take classes in business and in art.

Allison Boswell answered:
Since Fairfax is still one of the most afordable towns in Marin, sales here have been strong for 1Q07 with an average selling price of $755,895; just slight above the asking price. For 2007 Fairfax consistently has the highest percent of inventory in contract in Marin, averaging around 50% which indicates a balanced market for both buyers and sellers. In terms of how long homes sit, we have returned to normalcy with properties are averaging 100 days on the market before selling. - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51

Despite its size and relatively out-of-the-way location, there is no better place for night life in Marin than Fairfax. Any night of the week you can find a variety of live music at either 19 Broaway, Peri's or Cafe Amsterdam. - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51
Allison Boswell answered:
If you are into mountain biking there is no place better than here at its birthplace. This year marks the 3rd annual Fat Tire Festival promoting cycling. Of course the hiking is equally phenomenal. Peri Park is in many ways the heart of Fairfax as home to numerous events including the Fairfax Festival and seasonal Farmers Market. - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51
Allison Boswell answered:
Fairfax has a personality all its own, in part due to the fact that virtually all the businesses are locally owned. Known for embracing the spirit of 60s, many shops carry hand made items, unique crafts and you can always find a selection of tie-die! - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51
