Renting the property is very unlikely. We could ask, but my experience with bank-owned properties is that they are only interested in a sale. Bringing the home back to full occupancy standards would likely cost them more than just letting it sit there empty.
This home was originally on the market starting March of 2008 at $371,200. It has been off and on since then, and at $258,884 only since the end of July. I think they have a ways left to go to sell this home because it backs to the Interstate. Lots and lots of road noise. Are you ready for that?
