Tim.....the NWMLS has included a short-sale addendum form on their express forms site. You may also want to be aware that if you are anticipating a short-sale; either as a listing or representing a buyer --- there is new legislation that will become effective on June 12, 2008. At first blush it sounds like it will definately affect the way we represent sellers and buyers in a "distress situation". Check out the Discover site of the NWMLS for additional information.
