Your experience is not unusual. Buyers are often fickle and overwhelmed with all of the choices. You should request interactive reports from the MLS, Realtor.com, Virtual Tours, etc. to get a better understanding of your online presence and the manner in which buyers are responding online. This migh help you to better gauge showing requests and open house intersest.
