Chris Courtney answered:
Hi M, This may be either old information never purged from the Trulia system, or an active listing that is not available within the RMLS search database and placed on Trulia by the owner via some method. The annual taxes are being sent to the property address which may suggest owner-occupancy...the challenge is to confirm how timely this information is and ultimately if this property is actually for sale. For accurate and timely listing information, please visit my website http://www.HouseNow.com or http://www.EquinoxRealEstate.com both of which receive daily listing feeds. Otherwise, a simple phone call, knock on the door, or letter to the address may confirm if this property is for sale or not. If you'd like assistance, I'd be happy to help chase a FSBO...I've done it before and with great success. Regards, Chris - Tue Sep 22 2009, 23:37
