About Me
Jesse McGreevy specializes in the Estero and Bonita Springs areas and serves all of Naples and Fort Myers. Being based in Estero allows for the centralized location in order to service all these areas efficiently and allows for your needs to be met and your expectations exceeded!!! I am originally from Lexington, Ky. My wife and I moved to Southwest Florida in 2003 after having vacationed here for many years prior. I was educated at the University of Kentucky and am highly experienced in the hospitality industry. Before moving I was the General Manager at Connemara Golf Course in Nicholasville, Ky. We love our home here in SW Florida and have no desire to ever leave this wonderful area. My wife owns an Allstate Agency here as well and it has allowed for us to really provide a wide range of excellent services to our customers. We strive for excellence in everything we do and take pride in excellent customer satisfaction. Besides Real Estate services and all insurance products we also offer financial products as well. We are a complete 1 stop shop and look forward to working with you.

"I found Jesse while conducting an online search of available properties on a Saturday morning. I requested more information on a house, which looked promising for my son. Within minutes my phone rang and a great relationship began. My son knew he wanted to purchase a home, but wasn't sure of what he wanted, a single family home a condo, etc. Jesse never gave up and was wonderful with making suggestions and finding properties for him to look at. what is the rental market like in Naples Park? Is it easy to rent a home and at what price range is it?

Great place for a rental property....close to the beach and overall good location. There are some tremendously priced properties for sale in there as well. Your tenant is usually just responsible for the electric, cable and the phone if they choose to have one. I would negotiate the terms for the lawn care.
