Hi. The current assessment on the property at 67 Varno Lane in Enfield is $121,940. This is amount that the homeowner is taxed on. If you are looking to obtain a Market Value, that is different. You do not need to pay an appraiser. A Real Estate professional can assist you with that by providing you with a market analysis of the area.
