This is the best time to buy Real Estate, prices are low and rates couldn't be better, this is the buyer's market don't wait too long because the longest you wait mortgages procedures change and maybe you won't qualify for a loan, if you get a mortgage payment that you feel comfortable with do it, just think that in a few more years your property will probably double in value if you pay a fair market value.
