Hi Jason. I have never run into this before. I would be glad to recommend to you some local lenders to contact. By the way, the market in El Paso is very stable. - Fri May 2 2008, 19:48

Hi Brenda, I would suggest talking to a mortgage company to see what your financing options are. If you would like me to put you in touch with an excellent local lender, let me know. - Sun Apr 27 2008, 06:20

Hi Jason. Small hairline cracks in stucco are not unusual and usually nothing to worry about. It is best, however, to hire a home inspector to check out the house for not only the cracks, but all of the other structural and mechanical items. You can then make an informed decision on the condition of the home. - Mon Apr 21 2008, 07:01

Hi Jason. If you want to make certain that the home that you are interested in is not in a floord plain, then you should make your offer contingent on this. I have had other clients with the same concerns in the past and that is what we have done with no problems. Let me know if you have any other questions. - Fri Apr 4 2008, 08:44
