I have some clients who just moved to Owasso and love the schools! They came from a school district called Oakdale in the OKC area and were concerned about the same things. They love it. The kids and mom have got involved and really have a peace about the move. In regards to rentals, the market in OK is still very strong. I have numerous investmant properties and have for years. I agree! You need to be careful. You are legally obligated to this binding contract if the contract has been accepted and money has switched hands. The danger is called "specific performance" nad it is serious. While most sellers do not sue, it is allowed for in the contract in most cases. There are numerous ways to terminate a contract however through the inspections, title work, etc. You should consider contacting a Real Estate attorney for specific advice. There are a number of great facilities and programs in Edmond. Goddard and Primrose are the newest ones that are very expensive but are getting great results with new families. New Horizons has been around a while and does a great job and business. You might also want to consider the programs offerred by local churches. Henderson Hills, the Crossings and more offer great care. The issue is with most, if not all, of these locations, there is a substantial waiting list.
