About Me
I started in Real Estate in 1986 selling ITT Palm Coast Community located in Palm Coast, Florida. This ideal planned community is situated on the East Coast of Florida between historic St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. Selling the Florida dream home to New Yorker's continues to be a wonderful part of my business.

In 1993, I opened my own agency, Catherine Cornelia Real Estate. There have been many trends in the Real Estate Market over the past 22 years and the current conditions are no exception. It is my opinion that Real Estate is a very sound investment provided the buyer is aware of all the implications of the purchase and, location, is a prime consideration.

In today's market it is critical that a home put its "best face forward." As an Accredited Home Staging Specialist, I provide this value added service to my home seller helping you achieve the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time.

It is for these reasons that my area of expertise in New York is the Eastchester Municipality and in Florida, Palm Coast. I look forward to continuing to serve buyers and sellers in my market area.

When you are entering the listing there is a section towards the bottom that asks for a picture to upload. You can browse on your computer to select the file. I believe the basic free features of Trulia allow one photo per listing. - Fri May 2 2008, 12:54

How do I search for leases or lease to buy options on this site?

Catherine C. Capasso answered:
This site currently features homes that are for sale. Try Craigslist.com and Realtor.com for rental properties. - Mon Apr 28 2008, 08:00

Molly, You have received some very good answers here. There should be no reason for an agent who is a REALTORĀ®, a member of the National Association of Realtors, not to post pictures on MLS. You may not like the price that your agent is suggesting you list your condo for if it is less than the $300,000 price you want. An appraisal is a great idea. Buyers recognize quality and are willing to pay appraised market value for something spectacular but prefer to pay less and won't pay more in this market. What are the prices of the other condos that are for sale in your building? If you are higher, the other agents will use it against you to sell the other units, showcasing what "can be done with the money saved on the purchase price for the other units." In this, or any market, you really shouldn't list your home until you are ready to move. The longer a home is on the market, the lower the price a buyer is willing to pay. When you are ready to move, ask the agent you liked if they are an Accredited Home Staging Specialist. Staged homes sell faster. I recently received this accreditation and when I applied the principles to a home that had been on the market for 15 months, we got an accepted offer within four days of showing it after the staging. It really works. - Fri Apr 25 2008, 10:59
