Absolutely it is. From a Buyer's perspective, we are back approximately to pre-2006 pricing across the board and there are far more developments and ammenities within the area to enhance your living. In particular, if you have children or plan on having children in the near future and haven't considered strongly, living in Eagle Ranch, you are literally doing your child a disservice. As for me, I wouldn't consider living in any other area within the Vail Valley.
