"My house hunting experience was a pure joy- mostly because of Sue Linnerooth. Sue was a gift to me showing the first home I viewed. After only a few minutes with her, I was clearly impressed with her knowledge, flexibility, and professionalism. Sue took a lot of time assessing my tastes and preferences. She coached me on what to look for, what other people look for, what affects resale, and red flag situations. I was so grateful to her as I was a complete novice and put everything in her hands because I trusted her from the very beginning. She did not take that responsibility lightly and was clearly putting my best interest in the priority position. The website generated by Sue was also exceptional. As I was searching on my own, I was puzzled, then frustrated by the lack of useful information and quality pictures (if any at all) on those houses I wanted to check out. I cannot count the number of times I dismissed a house completely because I was not given access to a quality listing. Sue portrayed my condo in the best possible light and had it on the market within 24hours of meeting. She also sent me the newest listings as they were available and arranged numerous showings several times a week. I rave about Sue to everyone. I admire her intellect, humor, and energy. If every real estate agent had the passion Sue possesses, there would never be a bad buying/selling experience. I love my new home! She found a house that fits my every need AND desire. I am only sorry that it ended, but she will be in my thoughts every time I drive up to my lovely home and neighborhood."
