"I wanted to send you a note thanking you and everyone at Baird & Warner for a wonderful time at the Charity Gala last Friday. It was very kind of Kathy Nosek to invite me on behalf of B&W. The Gala was first class and well done… which I suppose should not be surprising given the level of professionalism, expertise and creativity I’ve seen in B&W folks. And Kathy is a shining example of those traits! I purchased my home in Downers Grove through Baird & Warner several years ago and when I was recently contemplating listing it back on the market, Kathy offered to prepare a market analysis for me. I was expecting a typical and rough estimate and was prepared to still have many unanswered questions. What I received was an ultra professional, thorough and insightful market analysis that left me feeling confident in my path forward, and certainly confident in Kathy and the team at B&W. I can honestly say that at the time I’m ready to sell again, I would not hesitate to list with B&W (and would insist on Kathy!). " My husband and I were fortunate enough to be invited by Kathy Nosek to the fundraiser at the Peabody Estate at Mayslake this past Friday evening. We wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time! Kathy made us feel so welcome. She has such a nice, understanding, patient, and knowledgeable way about her, it makes every client relax and feel they are in the best hands they could be in. We have worked with many realtors before and she is definitely the best we have had. We also thought the venue was perfect, and it was so nice the way people were able to spill outside so we could all enjoy the beautiful evening.
