Dottie Greenage has established herself as a premier Real Estate expert in Kent County through her excellent service and customer satisfaction. Over 80% of her business comes from past customer referrals.

Dottie has seen the Seller's Market, the Buyer's Market and all the Shifting Markets inbetween. Buyers and Sellers can depend on her experience to see them through any market.

Before Real Estate...

Prior to entering the Real Estate profession, Dottie spent over 20 years in Sales and Management in the Retail World. As a manager, she supervised up to 13 stores at one time. She traveled extensively through New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland. Dottie brings that knowledge of our neighboring states and the experience of managing employees and vast assets to her own business every day.

Why Keller Williams?

In 2005, Dottie came to Keller Williams Realty. She truly enjoys the cooperative environment that Keller Williams Realty inspires its agents to achieve and spread. Dottie has served as a member of the Agent Leadership Committee, heading the local KW Cares charitable committee. While leading this committee, local agents contributed over $60,000 back to our Kent County community. Doing good works and helping others in big and little ways is a passion for Dottie.

Dottie teaches first time home-buying classes at NCALL, a non-profit organization that helps consumers in their quest for home ownership. Dottie has also taught seminars throughout the county to consumers regarding the sales of homes and buyer's agency. Nothing makes Dottie happier than helping people achieving the dream of owning their own home.

Dedication!

Dottie is dedicated to her clients. She's been known to go quite a few miles beyond "the extra mile!" She's scrubbed and cleaned, weeded and mowed, and lots of other "above and beyond" duties to help her clients sell their homes or get into the home they've chosen. Now that's passion!

On A Personal Note

As a native Delawarean, Dottie knows and loves this beautiful area of the Delmarva Peninsula. Dottie has close ties to the Amish and Mennonite communities in our area. Dottie spends her spare time (when she has any!) gardening. She also spends as much time as she can with her sisters, and her many nieces and nephews. Dottie is active in her church. She also enjoys writing. Dottie and her husband, Mark, are avid nature lovers, who enjoy pets, bird watching and photography together.
