Dear Homebuyer: If you are looking at a townhome in the Dover area near Kraft, you will most likely have Dover City water to your home.
If you are considering new construction, please see me or another realtor, do not go into new construction alone. The person there is working for the builder, not for you. That is like going to court with no attorney to represent you and do not worry about paying for the realtor, the commission is already built into the price of the home and if not used just goes back into the builders' profit on that home. Our services are always free to you, the buyer. If you need any help on your new purchase, please email be at bjcorey@kw.com or call 302-382-9851,
Good Luck in whatever you decide!
