Hello Laurent. Good question. I am a broker/owner and I have 60 great agent's selling for me. You should interview a couple of agents and then just work with the one you feel is the most professional and that you are comfortable with. Agents work to make a commission on a sale and usally the seller pay's their fee. Interview question. How many years have you been in real estate? Are you a Broker? What do you speacialize in? Are you a buyer's agent or listing agent? Will you work for me as a single agent or a transaction agent? How many home's do you average selling each year? This should help you find the right agent. Let me know if I may be of any other service for you.
