I am a full time Broker Realtor for 20 with year's of experience. I have helped hundreds of families find their dream home, condo, or investment property. Hello Laurent. Good question. I am a broker/owner and I have 60 great agent's selling for me. You should interview a couple of agents and then just work with the one you feel is the most professional and that you are comfortable with. Agents work to make a commission on a sale and usally the seller pay's their fee. Interview question. How many years have you been in real estate? Are you a Broker? What do you speacialize in? Are you a buyer's agent or listing agent? Will you work for me as a single agent or a transaction agent? How many home's do you average selling each year? This should help you find the right agent. Hello John. I am the Broker at RE/MAX Southern. Myke & Shawn have provided you great answers and both are great agents to work with. There is currently 5 units in our MLS for sale. Hello Cathy. There are around 200 Forclosed or Pre Forclosed homes currently in our area. You can go to my web-site http://www.destinrealestateinfo.net
and search all of them. It will ask you to sign up but it is free for 7 days. You can also look in our Emerald Coast MLS on my other web site http://www.gosouthernhome.com and it will give you the ones that are listed with any broker. I would be glad to help you find the right home. There are a lot of great deals out there and interest rates are the lowest I have seen in my 20 years as a broker.
