What is the average time it takes to sell a home in stapleton?

Hi Elsa, Last month there were 22 sales in Stapleton ranging from about $190-$620k. The days on the market ranged from 0 days (so it sold before it hit the multilist) all the way to 430 for a home that came on the market before it was built. I'll be happy to look at your home and narrow down the ranges if you like.

Lastly, if you'd like to see a google map of all of the homes for sael in Stapleton; take a look at: http://idx.diversesolutions.com/Link/4750 it's a great tool for research-- You'll have to cretae your own logon and password to use it.

I do a lot of work in Southeast Denver. In the last few weeks I’ve spent a lot of time in Wash Park, Cherry Creek, Congress Park, Bonnie Brae, Hilltop, Mayfair and Lowry to name a few. I’ll be happy to share with you what I’ve learned about the various offerings. Appreciation and prices in these neighborhoods have a huge range. What price range are you considering?

By the way, I've have a custom map showing the homes for sale in SE Denver. There are also a wealth of resources within the "Tools" tab for each home.
