Fort Lauderdale is living in paradise and there is something for everyone. Of course just like any other city some neighborhoods have better schools than others, so you should certainly look at those if/when you plan on moving down here. - Thu Jul 26 2007, 11:44

There is a lot of talk of a softening real estate market. How would you describe the real estate market in Fort Lauderdale?

Just like everywhere else Ft. Lauderdale market is very depressed as well and there are tons of houses in the market. Prices are also coming down across the board. Sellers are having a tough time selling their homes, and buyers are finally in-charge. They have a huge inventory to choose from, negotiate the terms as well. I personally think market is going to stay flat.... or even go down a little further before things start to pick. - Wed Jul 18 2007, 17:53

How would you describe the social scene in Delray Beach?

Delray Beach is nice.. there is something to do for every age group. The best part certainly will have to be the downtown and the beaches. Ofcourse Boca is just a stone through away. - Wed Jul 18 2007, 17:48
