Hello,

Ahh take me out to the boardwalk but away from the Turnpike! :)
Highlands Reserve is a public golf course community. Being located just south of 192 and 4 minutes north of I-4, it is ideally located for vacationers as well as residential living. You are minutes from the Heart of Florida hospital which just added 2 more floors. Within 10 minutes you can reach 3 grocery stores including the new Wal-mart just past 192 in Clermont. Lowes has a new store next door to Wal-mart.
There are many many places to eat along hwy 27 and 192.

Will you be using this home as an investment/vacation home or your primary residence?

Hello Pat,

The title company or lawyer who did your closing should have gotten this information when you completed on the house. They would have to had sent payment to the HOA board and get a copy of the homeowners association documents. This should have flagged these notices. The HOA board could have agreed to give you a certain amount of time to bring the home up to snuff. - Thu Sep 4 2008, 10:46
