Business Philosophy:

I gauge my success in the Real Estate business by the successes the partnerships I develop with my clients enjoy. As my client, your goals and objectives are paramount. It is only when we together achieve the goals that you the client set forth that I achieve success. My role as a Realtor, and I take it very seriously, is to provide my clients with the very best information available, to educate them and to inform them, so that they can make their decisions confidently.

Experience:
I have had the privilege of living in many different parts of this great country of ours and have been proud to call lower Fairfield county Connecticut home since 1998. I spent years in the Professional world successfully managing people, products and operations. After successfully managing a 30 million dollar category as a Buyer for a west coast retail operation, I moved to Connecticut to marry my husband, Lou. I am a Real Estate Broker and have been licensed in Connecticut since 1999, with experience in both the residential and commercial arenas. I have a passion for my profession. I am extremely computer literate and technology savvy, and am skilled at the art of negotiation. It has always been my opinion that education is a lifelong adventure and because of this, I made a commitment to myself a long time ago to never stop learning. Words that have been used to describe me professionally are “a bright, aggressive, creative professional who demonstrates leadership, a strong work ethic and excellent people skills”. I believe in Real Estate as a sound investment and believe that lower Fairfield county Connecticut is an excellent place to make that investment.

Achievements and Awards:
I am an active member of the NAR, the CAR, the New Canaan Board of Realtors and MLS, the Stamford Board of Realtors and the Greater Fairfield County CMLS and the Darien MLS. I graduated the University of Iowa in 1991 with a BA in Communication Studies and a minor in Business Administration. Personally, my passion is for my family and friends. I love traveling, reading, the arts and playing in the great outdoors. From deep sea fishing in Alaska to skiing in Idaho, Utah or Oregon, I would rather play than watch. I love interior design and have used my “eclectic traditional” taste when renovating the various homes my husband and I have lived in. Realtors are members of Multiple Listing Systems that list properties by market area in larger markets. Westover is a legitimate "market area" of the greater Stamford, CT market. If you are currently working with a Realtor, he or she should be able to search that market area for you if you direct him/her to do so. Once your Realtor identifies properties available within that market area, you can then call the Board of Education (as referenced below) at 977-4105 or log on at: http://stamfordpublicschools.org/apps/schoollookup/default.asp to ensure the property you are interested does in fact fall within the Westover school district.
