There are some great buys down here at present time-definitely a buyers market. I am keenly aware of $/Sfoot values and will not let you "overpay" on any condo you are interested in--I'll check this one out today and give you feedback. Also some great value at Sea Oats in G. shores and Plantation in Ft. Morgan among others that I watch in your price points..
I would very much like to work with you-incedentially are you by chance from Louisiana? I m from Baton Rouge.
