Any agent who is unwilling to show any and all properties that a client may be interested in is definately the wrong agent. Deals come in all shapes and sizes. Some fall in your lap and some take serious work but are very rewarding for everyone at the end.
I have sold new, resale, short sales as well as foreclosures.
