During the interview process of finding a realtor, the major consensus was even though my house was "nice", basically the slow market was the overall excuse as to why our house would take some time to sell. Plus everyone, wanted to start our price point very much lower than we had expected to jump-start the sales on our house.Then we found Phil Owens, not only was he enthusiastic from the get-go, he used no excuses about the "market" and realized the potential of our house. He was enthusiastic about the house and suggested we start where we wanted since he "Believed" it was
worth it. His professionalism is far above the rest and the challenge of selling a house is something he takes very seriously.
In addition, he treats his clients on a down-to-earth
level no matter what the selling price of your house is. His frequent emails about the process of selling a home were informative and he always returned calls as soon as he was available. He never kept us in the dark and was a pleasure to deal with. As, a result, he produced a buyer two weeks after being on the market.

When my husband and I made the decision to begin looking for a new home we interviewed many real estate agents to see who would be the right person to help us find a new home at the right price and who wouldn't take no for an answer. Of the people we interviewed, none seemed to be the right choice for us and we decided that maybe it was just not the right time to look for a new home. Just as we gave up hope, I found Phil Owen's real estate website. I looked through his list of homes and promptly sent him and email to contact us because we were interested in speaking with him about new home shopping. The homes he lists are stunning! That evening he called and spoke to my husband for an hour. When they hung up my husband turned to me and said, "We found our man!" That is a big deal because my husband is so particular. Phil was well-spoken and knew what he was talking about all while being so personable that my husband knew he'd go to battle for us not only as a professional but with passion like a good friend. When we met with Phil I was blown away by his business ethics and personality. There is nothing dry or stifling about Phil! He also listened carefully to what we envisioned for ourselves and was patient and particular in showing us homes to fit our needs. He somehow made the stress of looking for a new home not so bad, dare I even say FUN! When my husband and I made a decision on a home Phil went to bat for us to get all of our desires for the home met and for the price we wanted to pay. He also stood by our side and answered any questions we had all the way through the buying process and was by our sides even on the day we signed on the dotted line. What an amazing agent! We absolutely could not have asked for a better person to help us with buying a home. I know that as time goes on we will continue to use Phil as our agent in future sales and purchases and will gladly recommend him to anyone with high regard.

Phil is a true professional, and is there for you from beginning to end of any real estate transaction. Phil not only did a fantastic job of marketing and selling our home, but also led us to a fantastic builder we plan to use on our next home. Phil is not one of those, "it's not selling, so we need to lower the price" realtors we all see so often. Phil worked diligently, and brought us an offer extremely close to our asking price. This had not been the recent theme in our neighborhood, and Phil was instrumental in making this happen. We can't recommend Phil enough.
