Hopefully you're not saying there's no one there for you to answer your questions and guide you through your transactions. If that's the case, run.
You sound like you're doing great having only being in the industry for 4 months. It's going to feel like you're flying by the seat of your pants for a while. There's so much to learn and once you feel like you're getting a handle on things, it changes. I would stay where I am and give it more time. Since you're blazing along quite nicely, maybe your office feels as though you're fine. Bring up the formal training you were promised and go from there.
