I have recently listed a beautiful home in Alpharetta. It is not new but it is in practically new condition. It is very spacious with a fantastic master suite w/ sitting area. It is clean as pin and ready to move into. It has a completely fenced backyard with extra nice landscaping and wooded area to the back of the lot. The owner has purchased a new home and will be moving out later this month. It is priced at $299,900 for a fast sale as the other homes in the neighborhood are more expensive.
