There are so many good areas of Dallas to consider! It would really be great if you could take a trip here to scout out different areas to see what areas you truly like and don't like. But barring that, looking at listings online and having a great REALTOR working hard for you is the next best thing. Interview some REALTORS and give them a trial run to see who will perform for you and whose personality you "click" with. Once you choose a REALTOR, your path to homeownership should be relatively smooth because he/she will provide you with exceptional service that will lead to a long-lasting relationship! A good REALTOR will save you tons of time and energy by weeding out properties that you won't like, properties that don't have the desired amenities, or properties that don't have your number one requirements! Why waste your time with properties that don't suit your needs? Let the agent do the walking and research for you and provide you with the hand-picked properties that best suit your needs and desires. Good luck to you!
