J Stotle Baird answered:
As the former COO of Land Ceaux Construction, the former CEO of Momentum Construction and a former Exec. Vp for one of the nations largest builders I think I can help you out with this. I have done renovations of properties as large as 150 units and have found that the formula for profit is best found in foreclosure or in commercial conversion. Typically profit is best found in adding square footage in an area where the average price per foot sales average is significantly larger than the cost to add the square footage itself. You can get more information on my profile and the ability to search for properties athttp:// www.DallasIntown.com.

East Dallas has always been a solid bet for my clients. With a good formula it is fairly solid. - Sat Nov 10 2007, 09:58
