Every neighborhood has its good and bad points. Our home prices in Houston have been stable and you can get a great home for a great price in any one of these areas. It depends on the amenities you are looking for. I suggest driving through after work to see who your neighbors will be, see people walking the dog, at the park or even playing in the yard. This is a great indicator of how you fit in. You and only you will know that. I personally have seen some great finds in Memorial Northwest and Lakewood Forest. Congratulations! When I received my license over 4 years ago, I did not know what to look for in a sponsoring broker. Now that I know what I have, I am glad I found it, I just wish I had it right from the start! There are a lot of companies you can choose from, but it is where to you fit in? What do you expect from your Broker? You need Leads right out of Real Estate School! Many companies promise this, but fail to follow through! By working leads right away, you get in the action of being a Realtor! And that is the most rewarding thing of all! All those classes, all the time spent, all the stress over the test, and now.....You are Making Money working Leads that are provided to you from a solid Company! Feel free to call me anytime if you have questions. I was in your shoes once, I have learned a lot over the years and I am always happy to help!

From an agent's perspective. What is the #1 Company out there?

This question is hard to answer for me. What may be someones else's #1 may not work for you for what ever reason. I think you should go interview them all first!Yeah, I could tell you my company is the #1 TOP/BEST all that, but it doesn't matter! What matters is what works for you! Also the upfront fees, splits all the important info. How accessiblewill your broker be? I have paid for the 100% split for a long time! And 100% of nothing is still nothing with all the fees added on top of it! Take your time, do some research and find the best model that fits you!
