Our company uses List Hub. Each agent gets a monthly report emailed to them with stats for each listing and which sites are getting the most hits. Here is their link: http://www.listhub.net I supplement that service with http://www.postyourlistings.com. I pay a small monthly fee but it's worth it for the leads and the direct link to Craig's List. Best wishes for your new company.
