Agent at RE/MAX Agents Realty
Claudia Callaway answered:
Hi Greg,

This bank-owned house was withdrawn from the market on 3/26/09. It is not currently an active listing. This could be due to several different reasons: 1) the bank may have decided to put it into a upcoming regional auction; 2) the bank may have decided to lease out the property to a renter until the market improves; 3) the bank may have just been unhappy with the marketing efforts of the listing agent and withdrew the listing to give it to another company who has not been chosen yet.

I will call and see if I can find out for you the current status/situation. Do you have an agent you are currently working with? If not, please send me an email and I'll do my best to help you find out more.

Many thanks,

Claudia Callaway
