About Me
We own Peak2Peak Real Estate. It is located in a great place - Cotopaxi, CO. We have lived here for 9+ years and have sold real estate to great people who became our friends. I was an accountant in FL - so I am the numbers person of our company - I assist people with the "black and white" world of loans and finances.
I specialize as a Buyer's Agent to my clients. I like buyers to get the best for their budget. I have an MBA and GRE and have been selling real estate for 5+ years.

I have a Credit Score of 615, and I am looking for loan and a home or condo? Can anyone help me with for real?

Hi Cheryl,
I just sold a home to someone with a credit score of 515 - they went FHA. The owner assisted them with their downpayment. This is a great time to buy as most sellers are willing to help the buyer get their financing. Interview your local lenders and see what FHA products they have - then pick the best one that is tailored to your needs. Cindy - Thu May 8 2008, 10:19

Even when I go on vacation - what is the first thing I do? Pick up th elocal newspaper and look at real estate ads. I then spend part of my vacation previewing real estate for myself or clients.
When at home - we ATV, play with our children, and enjoy our great mountain setting. I take walks with my Saint Bernards and try to unwind.
