I've researched this property and it doesn't appear to have much, if any backyard. I was looking at aerial views but it was hard to tell. The lot is only 52' wide by 120' deep. The sq footage of the lot is 6,240. I would like to check one more thing tomorrow (Sunday) and then I can tell you more about the backyard.
