"Dear Kern,
Words can't express how much I appreciated everything you did to help me find a home in Corpus CHristi. You were so nice and efficient and thought of everything. I will certainly call you when I decide to come back to buy a home in Corpus Christi. It was more than thoughtful of you to give me the trivet. I just can't tell you how much I like it, appreciate it and would like to say Thank you very very much for everything."

Corpus Christi has several good schools. What age/grade are your children in? What price range are you looking at for a home? How many bedrooms and square feet do you need? The answers to these questions can help us narrow down your needs and get you the best house for the best price in the right location for you. I would love to hear from you! Cimmaron Crossing is a nice neighborhood that typically ranges in your price range. Its near Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, and typically neighbors are young married couples. - Thu May 8 2008, 13:34
Right now the market is soft. If you are expecting big returns, then the answer is no, don't sell right now. If you can find the right realtor that can help make the market work for you instead of against you, (and your willing to take the chance of a loss) then go ahead and sell. Ultimately, a transaction is based solely on the lowest price a seller is willing to accept and the highest price a buyer is willing to pay. - Thu May 8 2008, 13:27
