Hi I just answered your other question about the short sale. You said you worked with other agents to get your home listed. Have you tried advertising in Craigslist or Backpage? Those two sites has the biggest turnouts for responses.

We put an offer for $305000 closing cost in a shortsale single family home listed in #340000 back in May.

Are you saying you put in an offer twice and the bank came down on the price or they rejected the offer then lowered the listing price? If the counter is 314 you are pretty close to the offer you gave. You may want to meet in the middle. Has your agent pulled the comps for the most recent sales in the neighborhood? I agree with Lynn. First contact your Lender and see if you can work anything out with them. After you have done that, then contact a Realtor to see if you qualify for a short sale. I have several short sale listings. Not everyone can qualify. You will need to go over a few things.

The best way I believe is to start with the scores of the school http://www.browardschools.com/ then see if there are any parents you can get a hold of and speak with them. Ask if they are comfortable with the school and with the teachers.
