I entered real estate in 2002 with Coldwell Banker, an excellent choice both then and now. I specialize in Coral Springs, Parkland, Margate, Tamarac, and Coconut Creek in particular, and have also worked in Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Highland Beach. I've worked with both condos and Single Family homes. While this may seem like a wide area, it's all within a 15-20 mile radius.
I'm a Coldwell Banker Previews Luxury Property specialist and have sold properties in Parkland Golf & Country Club, as well as Heron Bay.
I was one of a select few top producing agents in my office, once again, for 2008...no secret, just very hard work.
I spend a great deal of time with my clients...I want them to take advantage of my knowledge and experience. Both the selling process and buying process are filled with unknowns. I am fortunate to have been extremely successful in getting transactions closed from contract to closing. I'm a problem solver and I'm extremely tenacious; therefore, I've closed 99% of all the transactions that have gone to contract; sometimes with seemingly unsurmountable issues.
I've also developed a "Preferred Vendor LIst" of various trades and services that I have used personally and/or recommended and have seen their work. This consists of painters, roofers, pressure cleaners, plumbers and various other services that are important to prospective and current homeowners. This just adds to my "full service" repertoire.
It's all about the people isn't just a tag line for me...it's truly how I feel about the transition people find themselves in when we first meet, and it isn't easy for them, even when it's a happy transition. Moving is a stressful time, and I have that in my mind at all times. Hopefully, our transactions are seamless, or so my clients think!
A great many of my clients remain in my life for a long time. I love what I do and it's never about the current deal...I want clients and referrals from those clients, for a long, long time. ... show more

This situation is rampant...I believe that there is a law passed at this time, or soon to go into effect, that if the owner's mortgage is a Fannie Mae mortgage, you have the right to stay in the house. A real estate attorney should have all of this information at this point. Going forward, to all renters, it is a good idea to have the owner of the home show their current mortgage stateent each month before you pay the rent. Good luck to you! And by the way, this won't happen overnight; however, you might want to start looking for another place to rent.
