I just sold a home in Doraville, GA in Gwinnett county off buford hwy for $102,000 it was a great little bungalow. I love that area I owned a home in Doraville for several years but you are right the prices are going up over. My other suggestion would be a little futher north on Buford Hwy toward the Norcross and Duluth area. Please give me a call if you would like some more information or would like to interview me for the position.
